This explains what REaDified, run by RED by WM, collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Your account details, such as your name and email address.
- The text of the books you add and their cover images. Your PDF file itself is never uploaded.
- The email addresses you enter to share a book.
- What's said during conversations with your books, only while they happen.
- When your conversations happened and how long they lasted, so we can apply plan limits.
- Your plan and payment status. We don't store your card number.
How we use it
We use this information to run REaDified, answer your questions about your books, apply your plan, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your information.
Who helps us run REaDified
Your information is handled by these service providers:
- Clerk, for sign-in and subscriptions
- Stripe, for payments
- MongoDB, for our database
- Vercel, for hosting
- Vapi and its AI providers, including OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Soniox, for voice conversations
Voice conversations
When you start a conversation, your microphone audio is sent to our voice providers so the AI can understand and answer you. We've told our voice provider not to keep audio recordings or transcripts of your conversations. It does keep technical records of each call, such as when it happened, how long it lasted and the book's title. Your AI providers process what's said in order to respond, under their own terms.
How books are kept private
Your books and their covers can only be opened by you and the people you share them with. Your PDF is read inside your browser and is never uploaded or stored.
Keeping or deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete a book at any time from its page. When you delete your account, your books, covers and conversation history are removed from our database. To ask what we hold about you, contact us at minorsr.101062@gmail.com.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
