REaDified is run by RED by WM. By creating an account or using REaDified, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your books

You keep whatever rights you have in the books you upload. You may only upload books you own or have the right to use this way. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.

You give us permission to store and process your uploads only as needed to run REaDified for you and the people you choose to share with.

Privacy and sharing

Your books are private to your account unless you share them. You may share a book with up to 5 friends or family members. Sharing is for people you know personally, and you are responsible for what you share. Don't use REaDified to distribute books to the public.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on REaDified infringes your copyright, contact us at minorsr.101062@gmail.com with the work, where it appears, and your contact details. We may remove content and close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a set number of books and voice minutes, shown on the Pricing page. Voice minutes reset on the 1st of each month (UTC), and unused minutes don't carry over. Time you spend talking to a shared book uses your own minutes. If you cancel or downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we don't store your card number.

AI conversations

The voice in REaDified is an AI. It can misquote a book or get things wrong, so don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, including by bypassing plan limits, interfering with how it runs, accessing other people's books, or using it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

REaDified is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, RED by WM isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll change the date above when we do. If you keep using REaDified after a change, the new terms apply.
